20 years fighting impunity

Dear friends,

The 6th of june marks the beginning of the year of the 20th anniversary of TRIAL International. In june 2002 “The Swiss Association Fighting against Impunity”, TRIAL International’s old name committed itself to fight impunity and fought alongside the victims of international crimes in their quest for justice, in Switzerland and in the world.

Since then, a great deal has been achieved and the organization has developed and grown. It follows relentlessly its mission with more motivation than ever!

Our activity report 2021 which has just been published shows the scale of our actions and implication. In 2021, despite the pandemic, TRIAL International has supported over 1700 victims and trained over 494 practitioners in order to increase its impact on the field.

By reading this newsletter and supporting our actions, you help us pursue our fight by sustaining our organization and contributing to a fairer world. The news you will discover in this newsletter demonstrate that our efforts are not made in vain and that impunity is declining thanks to your support.

Thank you for your commitment and enjoy reading this newsletter,

The TRIAL International Team
